As a Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Lenora has long served as a licensed health agent in middle Tennessee.  She has an extensive background in group health insurance, and for over 15 years serviced and administered voluntary and group health benefits. Joining the staff in 2012, she now provides a range of valuable administrative services from office management, coordination of meetings and schedules, customer support and more.

Lenora says, "I have a passion for people.  I truly enjoy helping people find the services they need and in a timely matter.  Most everyone has aging parents that need extra support.  I understand how difficult it can be to comprehend the very detailed information related to health plans and insurance.  They are increasingly complex documents and my past background as a licensed health agent allows me to give much needed support to our services for seniors."
